1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and the provision of services by Coabpsie Natural Health Services Ltd. (CANHS). By purchasing our products (including but not limited to Coabpsie Medicines) or engaging our services, the client/customer/patient agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Professional Certifications

CANHS is a legally registered entity under the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (CAC RC/8763130). Dr Confidence Ojonugwa Adejoh is a member in good standing with the National Union of Herbal Medicine Practitioners. Our products are developed based on traditional knowledge and scientific innovation.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: While our products are formulated by experienced practitioners, they are intended to support health and wellness.

Consultation: Customers, client and patient are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new herbal regimen, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking pharmaceutical medications.

4. Intellectual Property

All formulations, brand names (CANHS, Coabpsie), logos, and proprietary technology developed by CANHS or its affiliate, Coabpsie Innovation Technologies Company Ltd (CITCO), are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or "reverse engineering" of products is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Nigerian Patent and Trademark laws.

5. Product Quality and NAFDAC Compliance/services formulation and standard

CANHS/CITCO are committed to the highest standards of safety. We ensure that our products undergo rigorous internal testing (such as pH monitoring and microbial analysis).

Products currently in the NAFDAC registration pipeline are clearly labeled as such, and customers acknowledge they are purchasing traditional herbal preparations.

6. Payment and Delivery

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery: CANHS utilizes third-party logistics for nationwide delivery from our Abuja headquarters. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Refunds: Due to the nature of herbal products, returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed containers within 7 days of purchase if the product is found to be defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, CANHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, provided the products were manufactured according to our standard safety protocols.

8. Anti-Fraud Reminder

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, failing which the courts in Abuja shall have jurisdiction.
